The Swanline Group’s 370 Oxford development in Mt Hawthorn will allow residents to enjoy the benefits of an urban lifestyle while having the sense of living in a small community.
Selling agent Chris Tonich said Mt Hawthorn was an aspirational suburb, quickly gaining in popularity as people realised the benefits it offered in terms of location and amenity.
The area had transformed from a place where people lived and went elsewhere for food and entertainment, to a place that people went to for food and entertainment.
“Mt Hawthorn is no longer great just because it’s so close to Leederville and the city,” he said.
“People visit Mt Hawthorn specifically to come to places like the Mezz Shopping Centre, Braithwaite Park, The Cabin Small Bar, the Oxford Hotel, Yelo Cafe and so on.
“It’s become a destination in itself.”
Mr Tonich said there was a lot of interest in 370 Oxford, particularly from local buyers, many of whom already lived nearby.
“Being located in a well-established suburb means residents can enjoy the extensive amenities that already exist in the area such as the great public transport, schools and the many local retail stores, cafes, small bars, restaurants and recreation areas,” he said.
The 36-apartment project includes one, two and three-bedroom apartments over four levels, above street-level commercial tenancies.
Each apartment will have a spacious balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, high quality finishes and European appliances.
The ground floor of 370 Oxford will feature an internal open-air atrium, providing apartments with air flow and natural light, as well as a landscaped communal barbeque area for entertaining guests.
Swanline Group managing director Paul Trettel said a sense of balance was a defining feature when designing the development.
“We have designed 370 Oxford to be a place of harmony, with privacy and relaxation as key themes throughout the design process.
“This has been achieved through maximising the use of space and natural light, while the tasteful decor blends together colours and materials to create warm and welcoming interiors.”
Prices start from $429,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and from $559,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
The three-bedroom apartments are sold out.
