Bellevue Mansions
Bellevue Mansions is a unique luxury development, designed by architects Overman and Zuideveld, encompassing seven spacious apartments with views to the Swan River, Perth CBD and Kings Park. Originally built in the 1920s as a grand two storey residence, 16 Bellevue Terrace occupies a prime position perched on the edge of the Mt Eliza escarpment. Construction commenced in 2001 and was completed in 2002.
The design features three refurbished original apartments and four new apartments reinterpreted in a style faithful to the building’s elegant Art Deco heritage. Total areas range from 200m2 to 400m2, including balconies and private courtyards.
Regarded as one of the most exciting refurbishment projects in Perth, Bellevue Mansions recaptured the beauty of the Art Deco era for a new century of stylish living.
The $10m project was completed in 2003.
