Swanline Group purchased a former hotel and adjacent site via the off market acquisition of 272 and 282 Lord Street Perth properties in June, 2007.

The two properties total 2830m2 of land on the corner of Lord and Windsor Streets with a 55m frontage to Lord Street.

In February 2013, Swanline Group entered into a joint venture with apartment developer Finbar Group to develop 59 apartments and 4 commercial spaces.

Construction commenced in mid 2014 & the $35m project was successfully completed in September 2015.
