In October 2010, Swanline Group acquired a 2500m2 site in the new western suburb estate of Churchlands Green.

Swanline Group partnered with architect Eames Architects to design eight luxurious townhouses, known as Verde.

Swanline Group project managed all aspects of Verde, including acquisition, design, marketing, financing, construction and settlements.

Renowned Homes of the JWH Group was engaged to construct the project, which was successfully completed in 2014.
