Swanline Group acquired a 4300m2 parcel of land on the corners of Lord Street, Summers Street and Coolgardie Terrace in November 2006.
In January 2011, Swanline Group entered into a joint venture with WA leading apartment developer, ASX-listed Finbar Group to develop 90 apartments and 8 commercial units.
A project was launched in February 2012 and apartments sold out during construction.
The $50m project was successfully completed in late 2013.
