Previously an industrial warehouse, this 3200m2 property was a part demolition and conversion into new showroom premises on the corner of Hutton Street and Collingwood Street, Osborne Park.

The primary materials incorporated in the 1800m2 building were concrete tilt-up panels and glass shop fronts.

The project was completed & fully leased in 2001.
