In 2016, Swanline Group acquired what was to become its new office headquarters, relocating from West Perth after nearly 20 years.

Once occupied by H E Wells & Sons Auctioneers, the old warehouse underwent a major renovation, thanks to the vision of architect Daniela Simon of SODAA.

The renovation was successfully completed by Neesh Construction, and Swanline Group began operating from its new premises in October 2016.
