Construction has started on the Swanline Group’s eight-townhouse project in the Churchlands Green Estate, on the former campus of Edith
Cowan University.
The two-storey, 200sqm townhouses cost from $1 million and Swanline managing director Paul Trettel said they should be finished by the end of the year. Three of the townhouses were sold before Christmas.
“Buying off-the-plan in the western suburbs with this price tag has made this project more suitable for owner-occupiers than investors,” Mr Trettel said.
The project will be built by Renowned Homes.
